The Summers County Bobcats football team is set to begin practice on July 31st. Tuesday and Thursday practices are from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. and Wednesday and Friday between 4 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

Cheer leading Tryouts July 31st- August 4th between 8 a.m.-12 noon at the school gym.
Coach: Aleshia Lilly
Golf practice will begin July 31st from 10 a.m. – 12 noon at Willowwood Golf Course.
Coaches: Doug Trail and Jarod Ewing.
Girls Volleyball will begin practice on August 7th – August 8th and August 10th-August 11th at 8 a.m. -10 a.m. at the school gym.

Congrats to Jamison Hamm will represent Summers County High School in the State High School Golf Tournament October 4th and 5th in Olgeby Park in Wheeling at Speidel Course.
Summers County finished No.3 overall yesterday at the Class A Region 3 tournament in Lewisburg. The Bobcats finished with an overall team score of 250. The only two schools to finish better were Charleston Catholic 226, and Webster County 240.
Other schools competing were: Pocahontas County, Greenbrier West, Fayetteville, Valley, Montcalm, Midland Trail, Richwood, Mount View , and Meadow Bridge

Bobcats will compete in Class A Region 3 Golf Tournament Today — September 26th– at Lewisburg Elks.
Jamison Hamm and Sam Wykle will try and send Bobcats to State Tournament, as they compete against several area Class A schools in the area including, Pocahontas County, Valley, Midland Trail, Meadow Bridge, and Mount View, plus several other schools. Summers CountyGolf team finished No. 2 overall in last week’s conference tournament.
